At Hacks Outdoors, we want to make sure your gear gets to you quickly and reliably. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing your order.
Order Processing

Orders placed before 1 PM PST, Monday–Friday will typically ship the same business day.

Orders placed after 1 PM, on weekends, or on recognized holidays will ship the next business day.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make changes to items, sizes, colors, quantities, or shipping methods.
Free Shipping

Orders over the advertised minimum may qualify for free shipping at checkout.
Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Weather or carrier delays may affect transit.

PO Box addresses require USPS shipping.

Standard Ground: 6–10 business days

If you’re local to our store, we offer free In-Store Pickup. Eligible orders will see this option at checkout.

Orders will be held for 7 days.
International Shipping

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed due to customs or weather delays.

Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, taxes, and VAT. These charges are not included in our shipping rates and are non-refundable.

If duties/fees are not paid, the package may be abandoned, and Hacks Outdoors cannot refund the order or shipping costs.
