Returns & Exchanges

At Hacks Outdoors, we stand by the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something isn’t right, we make returns and exchanges simple.

Standard Returns

  • Purchases made directly from hacksoutdoors.com may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.

  • Items purchased from an authorized dealer or retail partner must be returned to the original place of purchase.

  • Items purchased during November or December may be returned or exchanged until January 31, provided they meet the general return requirements below.

Please note:

  • Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be retroactively applied after an order is placed.

  • We do not offer price matching at this time.

General Return Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Apparel must include all original tags.

  • Products must be shipped back in appropriate shipping boxes. Returns sent only in product packaging (or damaged packaging) may not be accepted.

  • We currently accept returns for orders shipped within the U.S. and Canada only.

    • For Canadian returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs back to our warehouse.

  • Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • In-store returns require the original proof of purchase.

How to Make a Return

  • Returns are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your package arrives at our warehouse.

  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment.

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our end, we’ll cover the return shipping cost.

  • Once your return is processed, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

⚠️ Hacks Outdoors cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend shipping your return with a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.

Order Changes

Orders start processing right away to ensure fast delivery. Because of this, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they’ve been placed.
